Methodology
Build a roadmap tailored to your needs.
The first step is to define your needs and understand your situation from a web analytics perspective. This allows you to organize your project.

We address the following questions in particular:

  • What are the goals of your website?
  • Which indicators are best suited to measure and understand the achievement of these objectives?
  • What are the different stages of the conversion funnel/funnel?
  • What are the advertising pixels to integrate?
  • How to integrate legal constraints (GDPR) and user consent management?

Marking plan & Installation of tags
Once the project definition stage is completed, our team moves on to creating a tagging plan. This tagging plan will list all the events to be tracked in a clear and precise manner, along with their associated parameters, specifying when and how they should be tracked.

This document is important as it will ensure that everyone is aligned on the same data collection strategy. It will serve as a reference for the entire team throughout the project to ensure that data is collected consistently and relevantly.

For the implementation of your tagging plan, we offer two options:

  • We take care of the deployment process if you don't have the resources in-house.
  • If you have the necessary resources in-house, we can provide deployment support. We will work closely with your team.

 
 
Tool settings
The objective of this step is to deploy the tagging plan across the platforms.

Here are some platforms we work with:
  • Web Analytics : Google Analytics 4, Matomo, Piano Analytics (AT Internet), etc.
  • Tag management : Google Tag Manager, TagCommander , etc.
  • Consent platforms : OneTrust, Axeptio, Cookiebot, etc.
We follow up to ensure that the data is correctly collected and presented in the various tools.
Custom dashboards
In addition to data collection, we offer our customers to format them, generally via Google Looker Studio. We can also do tailor-made, from your specifications, to create visualization interfaces 100% in line with your presentation / branding requirements.

We work with APIs from all platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, Microsoft, etc.) to retrieve all relevant data and integrate it into the format of your choice.
